1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for items that need to be sourced, processing may take 2-4 business days. You will be notified of any delays.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1.3 Discreet Packaging

Customs declarations use terms like "gift," "fashion accessories," "watch parts," or "leather goods" to ensure discretion.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your package through our courier partner's website or app. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

1.5 Shipping Confirmation & Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if multiple delivery attempts fail, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

2. International Shipping

2.1 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential charges.

To minimize customs issues, we declare packages at a lower value and use generic descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your package will not be inspected or that no fees will apply.

2.2 Customs Seizure Policy

In the rare event that a package is seized by customs and destroyed:

  • We offer a 50% replacement discount on a new order (customer pays 50% of order value plus shipping)
  • Or a 40% refund of the original order value (excluding shipping)
  • Documentation of seizure may be required

We work with you to find a fair solution and minimize your loss.

2.3 Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for international orders at an additional cost (typically 3-5% of order value). Insurance covers loss or significant damage during transit. Please request insurance when placing your order if you want this protection.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective items: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Wrong item shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered
  • Significant quality issues: Issues that substantially affect the appearance or functionality

Returns are not accepted for: change of mind, buyer's remorse, items damaged by misuse, or issues arising after 7 days of receipt.

3.2 Return Window & Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos showing the issue
  3. Keep all original packaging and accessories
  4. We will assess and provide a return authorization if applicable
  5. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect): We provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • If the return is for other approved reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

3.4 Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Replacement: Preferred option – we ship a replacement within 2-3 business days
  • Refund: If replacement isn't possible, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Partial refund: For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund (typically 10-30%) as a goodwill gesture

4. Warranty Information

4.1 Watch Warranty

  • Quartz watches: 6 months warranty against movement defects
  • Automatic/Mechanical watches: 12 months warranty against movement defects
  • Chronograph/Complex complications: 6 months warranty
  • Not covered: Water damage, normal wear, strap/bracelet wear, battery replacement, damage from accidents or misuse

4.2 Bag Warranty

  • 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects (stitching coming undone, hardware falling off, significant material defects)
  • Not covered: Normal wear, scratches on hardware, color transfer, damage from overloading, or general aging of leather

4.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and description of the issue. We may request photos/videos. Approved warranty repairs or replacements are handled locally in Dubai whenever possible to minimize shipping.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
  • After 12 hours, if the item has been processed or sourced, cancellations may incur a 10-20% restocking fee
  • Custom-sourced items cannot be cancelled once sourcing has begun

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1 Receiving Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging
  3. Do not discard any packaging
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly

6.2 Receiving Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
