All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept bank transfer, cash (in-person), or cryptocurrency (USDT) – please ask our WhatsApp for details. Full payment is required before dispatch. In case of a price discrepancy, we will contact you to reconfirm.

• Pickup: Business Bay, Dubai – by appointment (we are flexible thanks to 24/7 staff).
• Shipping: Courier within UAE (1–2 working days) and international (3–7 days, subject to customs).
• Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the courier. We insure high-value shipments upon request.

Because our products are master copies, we maintain a strict quality control. If an item has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp (+971 55 336 5590) with photos. We will evaluate and may offer a replacement or partial refund. Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted; however, we encourage you to request detailed photos/videos before purchase.

All refunds are processed within 7 business days if approved.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Luxury Master Copy UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the product in question.
