5.1. We ship worldwide from our facilities in Dubai. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
5.2. International Customers: You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your country. We declare the value of the package as a “low-value gift” or “sample” to facilitate smooth transit, but this does not guarantee that customs will not inspect or charge you.
5.3. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy once an order has been shipped.
6.2. We will only accept an exchange or offer store credit if the product you receive is significantly different from what was described (e.g., wrong model, wrong color) or is defective. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with clear photographic evidence.
6.3. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for minor stitching issues, slight color variations, or if you simply change your mind.
