Approval Required: Our customer service team will review your request and media. We reserve the right to determine if the issue qualifies for a return. Do not ship the item back to us until you have received explicit written approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number from us.
Return the Item in Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging, including any dust bags or boxes.
Ship to Our Dubai Warehouse: Once approved, you will be provided with the address of our authorized warehouse in Dubai, UAE. You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the returned item. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. Refund Process
Inspection Upon Receipt: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to verify its condition and confirm it matches the issue reported.
Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
