We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Original condition (no scratches, wear, or alterations)
Proof of purchase required (order number / WhatsApp receipt)
Non‑returnable items
Certain goods are exempt from return for hygiene and exclusivity reasons:
Custom / special‑order pieces
Items marked "final sale" or "vintage archival"
Any product after 7 days
Refunds & processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Important: Original shipping costs are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Damaged / incorrect items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the defect/packaging
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or model, please return the original item (eligible) and place a new order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still no refund, reach out to us directly.
