For items specially sourced or personalised per your request, cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order confirmation. After that, they are final and non‑refundable.
🔄 Refunds / Store Credit
Approved cancellations are refunded via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose 110% store credit (valid for 12 months) — a bonus for your understanding.
📍 Business Bay Appointments
If you booked a private viewing or consultation, we kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a nominal fee of 200 AED.
